Connie S. Moore, CPA, CVA

Connie began her public accounting career in 1996 in Colorado
Springs. Up until that date, Connie worked for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and held a variety of positions for
a total of 20 years. Connie left her government position to enter public accounting in 1996. She received
her CPA certification in 1997. She went on and obtained a Masters Degree in Taxation and also became a Certified Valuation
Analyst. She also completed the basic mediation class for Maryland. From
1998 to 2005, Connie held the position of Litigation Support and Tax Specialist at Rowles & Company, LLP, Towson, Maryland.
In 2005, Connie resigned her position at Rowles and founded Midas Business & Consulting Sevices, Inc. Also
in 2005, she bought and opened her first Liberty Tax Office franchise in Perry Hall. A second franchise opened in
Essex in 2006 and opened a third in Middle River in 2010. In 2012, 3 Liberty locations were operational. Connie
is the President and Owner of both corporations. Connie's vast experience in public accounting has provided her
with the experience to provide the following professional services: litigation support services (including
expert witness testimony), business valuations, court financial statements, forensic accounting and reconstruction, financial
settements, mediation, family historical and projected spending, discovery requests and administration, alimony and child
support analysis, long-term financial planning, and settlement options/design); tax preparation and planning (individual and
business); personal financial planning, bookkeeping and accounting services, training and seminars.

King Midas joined the firm at its founding in 2005.
Due to his royalty, Midas is responsible
for the firm's name. Besides being available for hugs, kisses, and licks he provides moral support and technical
advice. Plus, he provides security. He is paid well for his services.
